ignorance amounts to the belief that a real entity may be distributed over time or space.
all types of flaws are born from the belief that the evanescent components of body and mind are the locus of an essential self. ignorance is that belief. when that belief occurs, one experiences clinging to that alleged self, and from that clinging comes anger and so on.
if the self is the skandhas, then it must come into being and be annihilated. if it is other than the skandhas, then it must be without the skandhas defining marks.
we live in illusion and the appearance of things. there is a reality: we are that reality. when you understand this, you will see that you are nothing. and, being nothing, you are everything. that is all.
